BMW CLUB GOLD COAST- AGM Meeting December 2019

EVENTS REPORT

 

Our first event of the year of this year was a Breakfast at Brewed Addictions on the river at Salacia Waters, we had over 30 members attend.

In February, we did a drive down to one of our favourite restaurants Flutterbies. We drove down through the Numinbah Valley and had 24 members attend.

March we did a different drive, going to areas we had not been to previously. Our lunch was at the Jacob’s Well Bayside Tavern. We had 20 members attend.

In April we did not hold an actual club event, but Roger & I with Greg Tymms did a road trip to the BMW Nationals in Melbourne. Leanne flew down and met us at the venue.

May we did a drive through the Hinterland to finish at the Kalbar Hotel. We had 15 members attend.

June we drove down the Lions Road to finish in Kyogle at The Sugar Bowl Café. We love driving down this road. We had 20 members attend.

July we did a different drive through the Hinterland, organised by Brian & David. We finished at St Bernard’s Hotel for a Christmas in July. We had 24 members attend.

August we drove through the countryside via Beaudesert Boonah and finishing at Toowoomba at
a wonderful old house called Café Valetta for lunch. We had 13 members attend.

In September we drove north to Mt Mee. This drive was organised by Len & Lois. Lunch was at the Mecure Resort at Clear Mountain Lodge. We had 17 members attend. Another great drive.

September we held a club meeting at Gold Coast BMW and this was well attended.

October we did not hold a club event due to Bathurst and GC600.

November, we attended the Movie Day invited by Club Qld, to see ford versus Ferrari. We had 8 members attend. This was a really good day.
We thank other members that arranged an event for our club and to all the members that participated.
